Event Terms & Conditions

Fortune Channels Company Limited Event Date: 30 May 2026 | Singapore, Private Venue

1. Registration & Payment

1.1 Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of USD 111 per ticket.

1.2 All payments are processed securely. Fortune Channels does not store payment card details.

1.3 Your registration is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from Fortune Channels.

2. Cancellation by Participant

2.1 Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.

2.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

2.4 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to liliou@fortunechannels.com.

2.5 Ticket transfers to another person are permitted with prior written approval from Fortune Channels, subject to a minimum of 7 days' notice before the event.

3. Cancellation by Fortune Channels

3.1 Fortune Channels reserves the right to cancel the event if fewer than 5 participants have registered. In such circumstances:

Registered participants will be notified no later than 7 days before the event date.
A full refund will be issued to all registered participants within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.
Fortune Channels will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.

3.2 Fortune Channels also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

4. Photography & Video Recording

4.1 Fortune Channels may photograph or video record portions of the event for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

4.2 By registering for this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event.

4.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at least 3 days before the event at liliou@fortunechannels.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

4.4 Participants are welcome to take personal photographs for private use. Recording of the guided sessions or any proprietary content shared by the facilitator is not permitted without prior written consent.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

5.1 Personal information collected during registration (including name, email address, and phone number) will be used solely for the purposes of event administration, communications, and follow-up.

5.2 Your personal data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Health & Wellbeing

6.1 Participants are encouraged not to attend if they are feeling unwell on the day of the event. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case.

6.2 The guided inner journey facilitated during this event is an experiential and reflective practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

6.3 Participants with significant mental health conditions are advised to consult their healthcare provider before attending.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies shared during the event are the intellectual property of Fortune Channels and Lili Ou. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without prior written consent.

8. Liability

8.1 Fortune Channels and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during or as a result of attending the event, except where caused by proven negligence.

8.2 Fortune Channels reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who disrupts the event or behaves in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the programme.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Fortune Channels Company Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
