Is QHHT® right for me?
QHHT® tends to suit people who are curious, self-aware, and ready to take ownership of their lives. Many are high achievers at a turning point; others simply feel drawn to experience QHHT® for themselves. You don't need a crisis to begin, and you don't need to have everything figured out. What matters is a willingness to listen to what is already within you.
Who is QHHT® not suitable for?
Following Dolores Cannon's guidelines and the QHHT® Official best practices, QHHT® is generally not offered to people with severe mental health conditions, people with hearing impairments, or anyone under 18. QHHT® is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Is QHHT® about past lives? Will it conflict with my religious beliefs?
Past-life narratives may surface, but QHHT® goes beyond past life regression. Their value lies in what they help you understand about your life today. QHHT® does not ask you to adopt any doctrine or worldview. It does not conflict with any religious belief.
How is this different from conventional hypnotherapy?
Conventional hypnotherapy often works through suggestion-based programming — implanting a new instruction to override a habit or symptom. QHHT® does not work this way. Dolores Cannon explicitly prohibited practitioners from using suggestion or programming of any kind. Three things set it apart:

No implants. A QHHT® practitioner does not insert suggestions to "fix" you. We only excavate — bringing forward what is already within you.

The source. The insights that surface do not come from Lili Ou. They come entirely from you.

The timeline. A typical hypnotherapy appointment lasts about an hour and often uses suggestion. Dolores Cannon prohibited suggestion of any kind in QHHT®: every insight comes from you, in one long, unhurried session. Lili Ou's sessions run 7+ hours.
Will I be in control during the session? Is it safe?
Completely. You are aware of everything that is happening throughout. Hypnosis is not the loss of control you may have seen on stage — it is a deeply relaxed yet fully conscious state. You can speak, pause, or end the session at any moment. Nothing happens without your participation. Lili Ou has observed that clients who stay consciously engaged — rather than trying to "let go" completely — often arrive at insights and clarity they didn't expect.
Can QHHT® quickly solve the problems I'm facing in life?
Many people find that something real shifts after QHHT® — but rarely in the way they imagined before their session. QHHT® doesn't work on the outer world directly. It works by turning your attention inward: toward your subconscious and unconscious dimensions, where you begin to see yourself, and your situation, with new clarity. That shift happens on the inside first. But because the way you see has changed, what follows in your outer life — the relationship, the career decision, the circumstance you came in worried about — often changes with it.
Why Lili Ou?

Why is one session usually enough?
As QHHT® Official puts it, "when QHHT® is given properly it is meant to be a one time experience." In keeping with Dolores Cannon's teaching, each session is approached as both the first and the last. Lili Ou is the facilitator; the steps forward are yours to take.
What is the preparation call for?
Every session begins with a 15-minute preparation call. Its purpose is to prepare you to approach your session in a way that allows you to receive its highest good.
Can the session be shortened?
The session cannot be shortened or split: the conversation and the hypnosis need one full, unhurried day of 7+ hours.
Are there hidden fees? Is the fee negotiable, and how do I pay?
No hidden fees. The fee is fixed. The current fee is shown on this page and includes the preparation call and the full audio recording. After the preparation call you will receive an invoice in USD, payable by Visa or Mastercard (debit cards included). Your date is held for 48 hours and secured once payment is received in full.
Will I be offered packages or follow-up sessions?
No. Lili Ou does not sell packages, bundles or series of sessions, and you will not be asked to book another session.
