Terms & Conditions for QHHT®

1. Suitability

​

QHHT® is a complementary practice and is not suitable for everyone. For your safety and wellbeing, we are unable to accommodate individuals who:

• Are currently experiencing dissociative symptoms or have been diagnosed with a dissociative disorder

• Are under active psychiatric care or on prescribed psychiatric medication

• Are unable to communicate verbally in a sustained and coherent manner throughout a session

• Are unable to provide informed consent independently

If you are unsure whether QHHT® is appropriate for you, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before booking. By completing your booking, you confirm that none of the above conditions apply to you, and that you are participating of your own free will.

2. Booking & Cancellation

​

Payment in full is required to confirm your session. Dates are allocated on a first-paid basis.

• Cancellation with 14 or more days' notice: full refund

• Cancellation with 7–14 days' notice: 50% refund

• Cancellation within 7 days: no refund

The non-refundable portion may, at Lili's discretion, be applied as a partial credit toward a future session booking.

Date change requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance, are subject to availability, and may incur additional fees to cover practitioner travel costs.

3. Session Duration

​

In accordance with Dolores Cannon's teaching, each person receives QHHT® only once in their lifetime. For this reason, every session goes as deep as it needs to go — the duration cannot be predetermined. Based on experience, sessions typically run between 6 and 11 hours. We kindly ask that you keep the entire day free and do not schedule any social engagements or commitments on the day of your session.

4. Recording

​

The hypnosis portion of your session will be audio-recorded for your personal reference only. The recording will be shared with you privately after the session. It will not be used, shared, or published in any form without your explicit written consent.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

​

All personal information provided during booking, and everything shared during the session, will be held in strict confidence. Your information will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Personal Data & Privacy Compliance

​

Fortune Channels is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).​​

Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of managing your session booking and delivering the service. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at fortunechannels.com.​

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

7. Session Language

​

Sessions are conducted in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. Please indicate your preferred language when booking.

8. Expectations & Results

​

Many people have reported profound experiences following QHHT® sessions. However, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.​

The highest benefit of a session may take many forms — it may be emotional clarity, inner peace, a shift in perspective, or being guided toward the right medical professional or treatment plan. Please come with an open mind rather than a fixed expectation.

QHHT® does not promise miraculous healing or supernatural outcomes. Please trust the process, trust science, and trust your own inner wisdom.

QHHT® is a complementary practice and does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Age Requirement

​

Sessions are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. We are unable to accommodate participants under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

10. Informed Consent & Governing Law

​

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full

• You meet the suitability requirements outlined in Clause 1

• You are participating of your own free will, without pressure or coercion from any third party

• You are 18 years of age or older

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
